Born in 1994, Riccardo VECELLIO SEGATE is currently an MSc Student in European and Global Governance at the University of Bristol and MSc Offer Holder in International Public Policy at the University College London. With a BA and MA in Piano Performance in Verona, he has polished his music studies up in France (Paris, CNRR of Nice), Austria (Universität Mozarteum Salzburg) and UK (University of Leeds); he has received a Diploma in “European Affairs”, a Diploma in “Development & International Cooperation” and a Diploma in “Emergencies & Humanitarian Intervention” from ISPI Milan. Since the age of 19 he has received scholarships from LUISS, FAO and the “Diplomatici” Association to take part in RomeMUN, CWMUN of New York and CWM-Europe in Brussels; next November he will join the MUN in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. He has worked as a Fundraising Manager for African Summer School, and he has been Coordinator at the World Youth Forum “Right to Dialogue” held at the University of Trieste, Guest Speaker at “èStoria” Festival in Gorizia, “Field Force Team” Operator for EXPO2015 and Public Relations Manager of a leading agrifood startup located at SDA Bocconi School of Management. He has volunteered for UNESCO as Regional Head of Communication of the Youth Committee of the Italian National Commission, and he now covers the role of Head of EU Institutional Relations for the International Careers Festival of Rome. He has chaired or lectured many conferences hosted by the Law Schools of some Italian universities, including Bologna. ELSA and MFE Associate, he has contributed extensively to prestigious international affairs reviews, and his geopolitical, business and artistic activities have been quoted by the best-known Italian newspapers. He received dozens of prizes and institutional acknowledgments for such achievements, in his home country as well as abroad. |
